USA: Pernod Richard to acquire Firestone & Robertson
Wine and spirits company Pernod Ricard has announced the acquisition of Firestone & Robertson, the owner of the TX brand range of “super-premium” whiskey and bourbon, via its US arm, for an undisclosed sum.
