Harry-Brot, the German industrial bakery group, has agreed to acquire the production site of Gotz-Brot, the Wurzburg-based bakery chain. German bakery firm Harry-Brot has received approval from Germany’s national competition regulator to acquire Glockenbrot, a subsidiary of the retail group Rewe, as well as the company’s bakery in Bergkirchen, Bavaria.
