Brazil: Nestle Health Science acquires Brazilian plant-based firm Puravida
Nestle Health Science agreed to acquire the Brazilian organic, natural, plant-based nutrition and health lifestyle food maker Puravida. The fast-growing brand Puravida was founded in Sao Paulo in 2015 to promote health through nutrition.
